Yep. Evander Holyfield is still fighting.
Do you think that big dude is standing on a chair? Is Holyfield on his knees? Maybe Evander is just hunched over and shrunk up a bit since he's 93 years old.
Then I looked and Nikolai Valuev is actually 7 ft tall and weighs 300 lbs. Combine that with the age difference of roughly 60 years and it seems like a pretty good WBA heavyweight title fight to me, right? Anyone want to go in on the 50 bucks for the PPV? Who the hell is setting up boxing matches these days? This guy is a monster. He should be fighting real boxers, not guys that were good in the 80's.

The idiot of the week goes to Donovan McNabb. 95% of arm chair quarterbacks know that after the the first overtime(unless playoff or superbowl)...........ITS A TIE......jackass. You have been playing football how long and you dont know the rules. You have probably had a football in your hands since you were 2 and that is all you have dreamed of is playing in the NFL. Let me guess this is the first tie that you have ever seen or heard about. Does that mean that if you would have known the rule that you would have played harder.....perhaps try and win the game. I am sure there are plenty of rookie quarterbacks that could let you know about that rule of a tie. In the words of Keyshawn Johnson.........C'MON MAN

With Dustin Pedroia winning the AL MVP award yesterday, it turns out that Randy Newman's song just isn't true - short people really do got a reason to live. The diminutive (5'9" is what he's listed. 5'7" is more like it) 2nd baseman outplayed everyone and really deserved the award. And that is really tough for me to say being as he plays for the Sox. So, just like our list in honor of Albert Pujols, our AL MVP tribute list consists of other short guys and gals that overcame the odds and made it big.
Spud Webb - 5'5" - Won the 1986 Slam Dunk championship mainly because he could dunk a baketball because he was 5'5". He had a vertical that was out of this World. And he had a long productive playing career in the NBA, where 6'6" point guards are the norm. He proved that speed and dribbling ability are just as important as size.

With a nice week last week both straight up (SU) and against the spread (ATS) let's take a look at this week's card. We at sftsports.com don't condone anything illegal but know everyone needs help with their office pool pick 'em! Lines are from BetUS.com!
TNF: Cincinnati at Pittsburgh -10.5 total 34.5
No Palmer again this week for Cincy which might be good for them. I don't think I want my QB returning to face a defense like the Steelers. Rust combined with the blitzing and tenaciousness might have the Bengals playing from behind from the start. Having said that I'm not to sure Fitzpatrick can do much either. If you have been reading my picks you know I won't take Pittsburgh and I'm not feeling Cincy either. Pittsburgh is 7-2-1 in their last 10 against Cincy ATS even though the Bungles have played better the last few weeks I can't back them in this one. The total is an eye catcher at 34.5 but I'll leave the totals to someone else. Here is a pic of Jenn Sterger for your viewing pleasure too.

ATS pick: none
SU pick: Pittsburgh

In honor of Albert Pujols, your 2008 NL MVP on the 4th place Cardinals, we made a list of hot actresses, much like Albert, that carry their show even though their show is not all that good. Just because you're team is not a playoff team (or just because your show isn't winning tons of Emmys), doesn't mean you're not valuable. And just like a Cardinals game, if Pujols is up to bat, you may even stop to watch a bit of the game just because you're liable to see something great.
So here are 5 hot women who are the most valuable players of their shows. They make the average shows better than you expect them to be, just like Albert Pujols.
Kendra Wilkinson - Girls Next Door - Yeah, it's a shame she's leaving the show soon and I know she's marrying way down and hanging out with Hank Baskett. But when you turn on E! and see Kendra, you know you'll watch for a few minutes because it's 100% certain she'll be naked before long. And even if it's all blurry from being censored (why couldn't this show be on HBO?), it's still a sight - make that 2 sights - to behold.

Dumbest Plays - NFL Week 11 |

As you know by now, every week we review some of the dumb plays and calls of that week.Really, there wasn't that many to choose from this week, except for one game that sucked so bad that neither team won.
Winner: Philly vs Cincy - There were several dumb things going on in this game, so we'll call this one a tie. While I think normally the tie rule is ridiculous - let them play until someone scores - in this case it was more like euthenasia. Put this game to sleep before it puts everyone in America to sleep. It was absolutely brutal to watch. So, in true tie fashion, we picked three dumb plays that could have prevented a tie in this game. You can pick between the following:
a) Phantom roughing the passer call that gave the Bengals the only legitimate chance for either team in the OT period. Then Shayne Graham misses a 47 yarder. I guess he realized that they really didn't deserve to win the game.

5. Bat Boy/Girl- You have to be at least 14 years old to become a bat person. Collecting bats, mudding baseballs, supplying new baseballs to umpires are some of the responsibilities for a bat person. The occasional chore from a player is another duty. You might be washing Albert Pujol's BMW if that's what he wants.
